By special arrangement, we have been able to purchase a limited amount of this early harvest certificated organic fair trade Sencha. The result of first plucking and middle level of steaming lavished on the freshly plucked leaves, this finest Sencha produces a bright full flavored green infusion with a sublime balance of sweetness and astringency with complex nuances and a rich, lingering aftertaste. One of the finest Shincha (first sencha) teas produced.
